Bear Creek Golf Club specializes in events that offer an upscale dining experience and our Executive Chef and Staff will assist you in your menu selections. Current package prices are indicated on the enclosed menus, and are subject to change. No food, alcohol or any other beverage are allowed onto the premises by an outside source without the advanced written permission from Bear Creek Golf Club.
Alcohol Beverage Policy

Alcohol can only be dispensed by Bear Creek Golf Club servers and bartenders. The Alcoholic Beverage Control requires employees of Bear Creek Golf Club to request identification of any person who is of questionable age and to refuse alcohol service if the person is underage or proper identification cannot be furnished. Bear Creek Golf Club employees also are required to refuse alcohol service to any person, who in the server’s judgment appears intoxicated.
Service Charge & Sales Tax
A 20% service charge will be added to the entire cost of the event. The service charge is subject to 8% (or current state sales tax) in accordance with the California State Board of Equalization Regulation No. 1603.
Private Security is not available. In the event Bear Creek Golf Club requires additional security, an outside source will be brought in and charges will be applied during final booking. With a four hour minimum @ $27.50 per hour plus tax
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost of your event and a signed reservation agreement are required at the time of booking your function. All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable. In the event of a cancellation within 60 days of the scheduled event date the full estimated charges are due upon cancellation.
Ninety days prior to your event a second payment of 50% of the estimated total is due. Final payment, accompanied by a $1000.00 security deposit is due 10 business days prior to your event. At the time of final payment, there will be a walkthrough of the Clubhouse and arrangements will be made for the final guaranteed guest number. The final payment must be paid with credit card or cashier’s check. The $1000.00 security deposit will be returned within 10 business days after your event, if cleared of any damage to Bear Creek Golf Club.
WEDDING CEREMONIES AT THE CLUB
Wedding ceremonies are held at our designated ceremony site, which is located adjacent to the 18th hole of our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The Director of Special Events will assist with you arriving at the appropriate fee for your wedding ceremony. All ceremonies include white folding chairs and wedding pergola. Indoor ceremonies are also available.
GIFTS, CAKES AND FLOWERS
Equipment related to floral arrangements and the wedding cake provided by outside vendors is the responsibility of the wedding party; please view our approved vendor list which has been specially designed for our brides.
The music/entertainment for your event is important to your special day, and we can discuss the various choices that are on our approved vendor list. Contracting and payment for these services are the responsibility of the wedding party; however, the Club must approve the time schedule. The standard length of time allowed for a private party is 5 hours.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Choose from our extensive food packages and consult with our Executive Chef when going over your menu. Our full time staff will ensure that every detail of your special day is handled with the utmost attention to detail and professionalism. There are many options when considering hosting beverages, and our Director of Special Events can help you select the perfect option for your style and budget.
